I've been working in the technical/IT space since 2005. It was certainly not a direct route, as I went to the University of Cincinnati for English Literature. There was a time and place in my life I saw myself as a writer, and a teacher. While this never truly disipated, I've also had a knack for technology, driven by my curiosity to know how things work.

That was me. I was always taking things apart, fiddling with things, and love pressing buttons to see what they do. While trying to figure out what I really wanted to do, I found technology to be a natural interest, and was driven to learn as much as I could with the resources I had. I have the fortune of having a very transferable skillset, and combined with my drive and curiosity for technology, I have worked in wide variety of technical ecosystems (majority being startups):
